About the event

In this Embodiment Flow  we will be connecting with our relationship with our bodies through a mindful movement! 

As women we have a lot of stories around our bodies in general, the way it looks, the way it feels, how it's functioning etc. In this class we will be EMBODYING gratitude, compassion, appreciation, celebration and love for ourselves and really giving our bodies the confidence it is so worthy of in a non-judgemental way.

This class is high energy using the Law of Vibration to align your energy to FLOW.  Elevate your DAY to the NEXT LEVEL TO:
