In this Embodiment Flow  we will be connecting with the elements of air, water, earth and fire to ground into our bodies and tap into earth's magical and abundant energy.

A high vibe workout for your mind, body and soul to an empowering and fun playlist to get you moving and manifesting and feeling good!

This class is high energy using the Law of Vibration to align your energy to FLOW.  Elevate your DAY to the NEXT LEVEL TO:
