Join Jo Lean, Manifestation and Positive Psychology Coach and Daniela Luchetta, Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in a plus sized body for an AMAZING Workshop + Workout that combines a healthy mindset and incredible EMPOWERING Workout.

When you combine positive affirmations and positive belief statements you are rewiring your mindset to BELIEVE in your ability to achieve your goals.  What happens when you do THAT and workout together? CHANGE! Improve your mindset and nurture your relationship with your body.

This workshop + workout is for you:

✅ To learn how using positive affirmations, gratitude and Lofty Questions can help you stay motivated and increase feeling good as hell.

✅ To reframe that harsh inner critic and remove external validation and learn the rules of the mind.

✅ To better understand Body Positivity and Body Neutrality.

✅ To make sense of and tackle body politics.

✅ AND DANCE! No experience required, all levels, just shake around in your house like no one's watching to conjure up that good juju and feel hella good!

This is an interactive workshop plus Dance Cardio Workout where we learn, discuss and dance all while increasing our positive feelings which increase our manifestations.

What to expect:

✅ To nourish your mind, body and soul with Mindset and Fitness Teachings.

✅ An interactive experience to ask questions and discuss motivation and manifesting a healthy mind + body.

✅ An inclusive Dance Cardio Workout where you pump that good energy to feel hella good while increasing and absorbing positive messages to seep into your subconscious mind. Hello dopamine!

About The Facilitators:

Jo Lean, Manifestation + Positive Psychology Coach

I am a former award-winning corporate event planner who turned my life around 3.5 years ago after a devastating demotion. It was a blessing in disguise, as it highlighted to me an unfulfilling life of burnout, auto-pilot and negative self--talk/image.

My journey to spirituality and wellness has transformed my life to learning to love myself wholly, to discovering blockages and releasing them and manifesting not only self-love but a romantic partner (after over 13 years of being single.)

As a Manifestation and Positive Psychology Coach I teach, coach and guide you with tools and exercises through manifestation, clearing limiting beliefs and positive psychology to unblock your limiting love story and thrive to your fullest potential.

My mission and passion is to share the light with women to discover their infinite power by learning to love themselves and manifest abundance in love and life.



Daniela Luchetta, Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in a plus sized body

I’m a body neutral advocate, anti-diet champion and HAES focused fitness coach in a plus sized body. Being active is important to me for both my physical and mental health. For too long, society made me believe that because of my size there was no place for me at the gym or in the fitness industry. Today I say a hearty, “EFF THAT!” as I take space for myself and my clients to engage in movement for overall wellbeing. As a fitness coach in a plus sized body, my journey to self-acceptance and love came with the help of many influential people in my life, and I work to inspire others to do the same!

As a body-positive, inclusive fitness coach – my approach to fitness is health at every size (HAES), with a focus on celebrating our bodies through movement. Each person’s fitness journey is their own, and I’m here to help get you explore it! Being active is about staying healthy, strong, and finding joy in movement.
