Experience a movement meditation using the art of mindfulness practices. No experience necessary, just a willingness to be present, move your body and tune into your infinite wisdom.

With stress, anxiety and social pressure on the rise, Dancing Mindfulness is a way to release stuck emotions and flow to more peace, relaxation and let go of what is no longer serving you.

In this Dancing MIndfulness and Journaling experience you can expect to:

  • Connect with your mind, body and soul through movement, music and guided prompts.
