We all have a different experience during the holidays, but one thing that is true for all of us is that it can be an emotional time. A time that consumes a lot of energy.

That is why we’ve decided to host a Grounding & Movement Circle’, part of the Connection Circle Series.

The Connection Circle Series focuses on helping us form deeper connections with ourselves and others in our community, release energy that no longer serves us so that we're left feeling aligned and vibrant.

This event will get your energy moving and flowing! You’ll leave feeling grounded and ready to take on the holiday’s, whatever they look like for you.

We will do this through a variety of integrative activities designed to help you release, ground, create a protective energy and create feelings of connection and high vibes.

What to expect?

A 4 phase integrative experience:

• 1 - Release: via breathwork & mindful dancing
• 2 - Ground: via art & word mapping
• 3 - Protect your energy: via a candle Magick ritual
• 4 - High vibe closure: via a mini Samba Dance Lesson
